About Me

I’m a single mom who used to struggle shedding those post pregnancy pounds, and ended up in an endless loop of depression and struggle.

One day I woke up and said enough was enough. I was tired of the ‘fad’ diets, the supplements that didn’t work, and decided that was the day my life changed.

Since that day I have went from 179 pounds down to 121 pounds. How? All through hard work and exercise.

I decided to start my blog for others who are struggling with losing a few pounds, and hope that my journey can somehow help you through yours. I will be writing up articles of what has and has not worked for me. Tips, and tricks that have helped push me just a bit harder. I hope that I can somehow help some of you who end up reading my blog.
